History
In The Hive Queen, Cricket, who was pretending to be a Jewel Hive dragon, exclaimed out loud that she was bored, and a random HiveWing passerby told her to "try Raindrop Scales". She said that it was owned by a HiveWing named Pinacate who had "a trillion innovative ideas each year", and that it was very fancy and expensive. She also said because it is so expensive she browses to look for ideas. Cricket said she would keep the HiveWing's secret.
Business
Raindrop Scales is located in the Glitterbazaar, near the Salvation Statue (of Queen Wasp) in Jewel Hive. It is only open during the rainy season.
It is unknown what exactly Raindrop Scales sells, but it is possibly a fashion store.
It is one of many stores in the Glitterbazaar that targets wealthier HiveWings.
