Raindrop Scales is a store in the Glitterbaazar of Jewel Hive.
History
In The Hive Queen, Cricket, who is pretending to be a Jewel Hive dragon, exclaims that she is bored, and a random HiveWing tells her to go to Raindrop Scales. The HiveWing says that it is owned by a dragon (presumably a HiveWing, since SilkWings cannot own stores) named Pinacate who has "a trillion innovative ideas each year"
