History
Ocotillo was stationed at the fortress of Blaze when Glory and Jambu came to visit, disguised as IceWings. The queenly candidate ordered him to bring the guests some tea and dried lizards, if there were any left. He is likely some kind of servant, a soldier, or a guard.

- An ocotillo is a spiny, scarlet-flowered desert shrub of the southwestern US and Mexico, sometimes planted as a hedge.
