Obsidian Mirror
The Obsidian Mirror is an animus-touched, oval-shaped piece of glittering black glass. It was saved from the NightWing's treasury when the volcano erupted, when everyone fled through the portal to the Rainforest Kingdom. Greatness was supposed to use it to spy on the RainWings, but did not, as she didn't trust items made by animus dragons. In the sneak peek of The Brightest Night, Strongwings has it with him while Sunny is being kidnapped. During her kidnapping, Preyhunter pulls it out and Sunny noticed that the raindrops avoided falling on it. He states that it has not worked well lately, and that Stonemover may have done something to it before he disappeared. The exact purpose of this item is unknown. The Obsidian Mirror has only been mentioned in The Brightest Night.
