Monarch (TLC)
Monarch was a mentioned character and the last queen of the SilkWings and ruled about fifty years prior during the Tree Wars. She gave up her position and allowed her tribe to be ruled by the HiveWings because she believed the Book of Clearsight said it must be so.

Sundew talked about how Sequoia didn't back down like Monarch. Later, Hawthorn mentions how Monarch didn't ask questions about the Book of Clearsight when recounting the events leading to the Tree Wars.
