Lynx
Template:Infobox Character Lynx is a female IceWing with an unusual pattern of dark blue scales on her white snout and wings[1]. These remind Winter of Moonwatcher, as the NightWing has strange, silver teardrop scales beside her eyes in contrast to her black scales. She appears in Winter Turning while Winter is in the Ice Kingdom.
Personality
Winter notes Lynx to be very hardworking and intelligent, despite only being the daughter of a minor noble. Lynx seems to be friendlier than most IceWings, smiling to and congratulating Winter when he reached to top of the IceWing dragonet rankings.
Biography
While scanning the dragons in the First Circle, Winter sees that Lynx is in second place behind Snowfall. He also thinks this is much better news than the fact that Snowfall has moved to the top spot.
Lynx had an unusual pattern of dark blue scales scattered over her white snout and wings which Winter thought were pretty as a dragonet, but they dreadfully reminded him of Moonwatcher's silver scales.
On the morning after Winter was summoned for the Diamond Trial, Winter found Lynx and battled/trained with her outside of the IceWing palace to get ready for the fight ahead.
Trivia
- A lynx (similar to a bobcat) is genus of the cat family, including four different species.
- Lynx is most likely third place on the rankings, but moved up to second when Hailstorm turned seven as Winter has left the Ice Kingdom and is presumed to be dead by the IceWings.
- Tui stated in a Scholastic video that she would definitely like to have Lynx return.
