Kingdom of Sand
The Kingdom of Sand is the home of the SandWings. It has the location of Burn's Stronghold, the original SandWing palace, where Queen Oasis lived before she died. The NightWings have a portal to it. In The Hidden Kingdom when the dragonets were in the swamp Glory describes it as "always hot and clear with no rainy days". Queen Oasis was killed by a scavenger and the throne is at war between Blister, Blaze and Burn. The Scorpion Den is farther south, and there Dune found Sunny's egg. The stronghold is farther north near the borders of the Ice Kingdom. Burn's Stronghold used to be the SandWing palace but Burn took it over when she was attempting to claim the SandWing throne. The heads of executed dragons are mounted on the walls, and the decaying scent of it can be smelled from miles away.
