IceWing palace

The IceWing Palace is where the IceWing queen resides, and is the home of several IceWings guards and soldiers. Being part of the Ice Kingdom, it is presumed to be constructed of ice. It is far enough north that any dragon other than an IceWing would quickly freeze to death; therefore Queen Glacier never had to worry about intruders from the other dragon tribes. Blaze doesn't live in the IceWing palace, but has her own fortress on the edge of the Ice Kingdom.

It is said that Queen Glacier has a dungeon in her palace, but she never has to worry about the prisoners escaping because of the cold. Glory stated that if she and the other dragonets trapped in the palace, they would be dead by the end of the day.

IceWings and NightWings seem to very dislike each other because of a long ago battle and possibly because of Queen Battlewinner's condition. In the Sky Kingdom when Tsunami and Starflight were just about to fight the IceWing prisoners, Morrowseer and the NightWings flew in to the arena and rescued Staflight. When furious Queen Scarlet argued and said she wanted to watch him fight the IceWings, Morrowseer flicked his tail in a small movement that called the NightWings in. Two NightWings for each IceWing prisoner, that's when Clay remembered that the IceWings and NightWings disliked each other from some long ago battle.
