Farsight

Template:Infobox CharacterFarsight was Starflight's mother, a NightWing black scales and black eyes, who died several years before the events in The Dark Secret. She tried to help a SeaWing who had been attacked by two SkyWings, but was killed in the process. This might have possibly revealed that Starflight's mother was not "stupid" as Morrowseer stated, but rather kindhearted, even to the point of risking her own life to save a dragon from a different tribe.

Morrowseer had remarked to Starflight, "Idiot. Obviously you didn't get your brains from her."

History

Pre-Series

Farsight tried to help a SeaWing that was attacked by two SkyWings and was killed in the process.

The Dark Secret

Morrowseer stated that Starflight's mother was stupid, and died while trying to helping a SeaWing fight off two SkyWings.

Moon Rising

In the prologue, Secretkeeper yelled at Farsight when she was with Mastermind, knowing that Farsight is a very forgiving dragon and will forgive her.

Prisoners

Farsight ws in the hatchery watching the egg (Starflight) and took care of him, when Morrowseer came in to take the egg for the prophecy. Farsight didn't want to turn it over and Fierceteeth offered to be taken and Morrowseer rejected the offer.
