The Diamond Spray Delta is located at the end of the Diamond Spray River, on the east coast of Pyrrhia. It is on the border of the Sky Kingdom and the Mud Kingdom.
According to Kestrel, the Diamond Spray Delta is where the lowest-born MudWings live. Cattail and her sibs and Clay's siblings reside near the delta, along with many other MudWings.
