Capybara

Biography
When interrogating Cobra about conspiring against Thorn, Qibli asks Thorn who is in charge of her spies, to which she replies that it's a dragon named Capybara. For Qibli, this is one out of several pieces of evidence that Cobra had been using the Obsidian Mirror to spy on Thorn, since Cobra had mentioned the name when pretending to read Qibli's scroll of information for Vulture. Cobra couldn't have known that detail if she'd been as imprisoned as she'd claimed; she would have had to be standing next to Vulture, gazing into the Obsidian Mirror when he used it.
