Blister's hideout

Blister's secret hideout is located in the Bay of A Thousand Scales, where she resides with her soldiers. She acts that the soilders think that they are secretly working for Blister and are more powerful making all of her soldiers work well for her. Her secret hideout was mentioned in The Dark Secret in the eprolouge.
