From Wings of Fire Fandom Mirror
Arid is a SandWing in the Quartz Winglet of the Jade Mountain Academy. He appeared along with Pronghorn and Ostrich when Moon and Qibli came to talk to Onyx about the fire. When Moon read his/her mind, it was proven that he either supported Burn or Blaze during the Great War, but now supports Thorn and is highly respective of her or anyone involved with her, such as Qibli.It is unknown if he will be mentioned in the upcoming books.
