The Triumvirate is a council of three dragons who are elected to be in charge of the Court of Refuge. Dragons in the court vote for dragons running for the position. The current members of the Triumvirate are Tuatara, Horizon, and Monarch.
Goals/description
The Triumvirate is the current form of leadership used on the Dungeon Isle. Members are elected by the dragons in the Court of Refuge through voting.

The Forgotten Isles Prophecy
The Triumvirate was first mentioned by Platypus when she introduced Umber to the members who were in exile. Two years prior, Beryl and Snakeroot violently overthrew the council and forced them to flee.
The Triumvirate overthrew Beryl and Snakeroot, and became the new council in the Dungeon Isle.
