The Summer Palace of the Sea is hidden on an island in the Bay of A Thousand Scales. The palace is hidden by a thick canopy of trees. The only way in is a tunnel of unknown length, with breathing holes at various intervals so Blister can visit. In the center is a twelve level stone pavilion that a SeaWing named Albatross built. He was an animus and enchanted the pavilion to grow into the shape it know holds.
