Rattlesnake

Rattlesnake is a SandWing mentioned in Moon Rising along with his sister Sirocco. He used to bully and torment Qibli before he went to join Thorn and the Outclaws. Qibli sometimes thinks or dreams about Rattlesnake and Sirocco doing mean things to him.
