The Kingdom of Sand is home to the SandWings. It has the location of Burn's Stronghold, where Queen Oasis lived before she died. The NightWings have a portal to it. In The Hidden Kingdom when the dragonets were in the swamp Glory describes it as "always hot and clear with no rainy days". Queen Oasis was killed by a scavenger and the throne is at war between Blister, Blaze and Burn. The Scorpion Den is farther South and Sunny's egg was found there by Dune. The stronghold is farther north near the borders of the Ice Kingdom. Burn's Stronghold used to be the SandWing palace but Burn took it over when she was attempting to claim the SandWing throne. Dragon heads are mounted on the walls and the scent of it can be tracted from miles away.
