Template:Infobox Kelp was one of the 4 SeaWing patrols on duty while Clay had been chained to the floor of the Summer Palace of the Sea. Tsunami eventually convinced them to help her so the Dragonets of Destiny wouldn't drown. The other patrols were named Herring, Snail, and Flounder
