Foreseer was a NightWing seer of unknown gender mentioned in Darkstalker. They are seen to have a relationship with Foeslayer, as they predicted the hatching of her eggs.

Legends
While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer told Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon that predicted that both her eggs would hatch on the brightest night, a rare astrological event when all three moons were full. However, only Darkstalker's egg hatched on the brightest night, proving that the vision was partly wrong.
