History
The Dragonet Prophecy
She was killed in a battle two days before Clay and The Dragonets of Destiny reached the Mud Kingdom. This led Clay to wonder how many of his siblings will still be alive when the war ends.
The Dark Secret
Reed in particular was devastated by her death, and wondered if she'd still be alive if Clay had been there as the Bigwings instead of him.
