Biography
When Peril, Scarlet, and Soar visited the wingery, he and the other dragonets were talking about how Scarlet's disfigured face looked, and it was mentioned that her face supposedly looked even more gross than when Cardinal [drooled] in his sleep. Cardinal then promptly told the others to shut up.

- A cardinal is defined as a both small red songbird and a medium red color.
- Based on his name, Cardinal's scales are probably red.
