Arid
Template:CharboxArid is a SandWing dragonet of unknown gender attending Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Quartz Winglet.
Biography
Arid appeared alongside Pronghorn and Ostrich when Moonwatcher and Qibli came to talk to Onyx about the bomb in the history cave. When Moon read Arid's mind, it was discovered that they supported Burn during the War of The SandWing Succession, but now support Queen Thorn and are highly respective of her or anyone involved with her, such as Qibli or Ostrich. Qibli was seen to have huge influence on them and the other SandWings in the group.
In Darkness of Dragons, Qibli asked Pronghorn about the last time he had seen Ostrich, and he mentioned that she, Arid, and himself had been carrying instruments to one of the upper caves to play.
Trivia
- The word arid is an adjective, describing something to be too dry and/or barren to support life, or a dry atmosphere.
- Arid is the only one of the SandWing students with an unknown gender.
