- Argus is a male SilkWing who was mentioned in The Hive Queen. Argus was a member of the Jewel Hive Chrysalis, but may have quit after being scared off by Morpho.

Biography
Tau mentions Argus when they are discussing the Jewel Hive Chrysalis with Cricket, Sundew, Blue and Swordtail. He is mentioned to possibly have been scared off from the Chrysalis by Morpho, making the number of silkwings in the Jewel Hive Chrysalis six instead of seven.
