Anaconda was mentioned to be the queen of the RainWings. During that time period, RainWings were not considered lazy or useless, and were most likely formidable and dangerous due to a quote from Lagoon that hinted at Anaconda and her subjects behaving much differently from modern day RainWings. Anaconda was mentioned to trade potions.
