Template:Infobox Location Yellowjacket Hive is one of the two northernmost of the nine Hives of Pantala. It is connected between Wasp Hive and Tsetse Hive, and is the closest Hive to the Poison Jungle.
History
The Lost Continent Prophecy
When Swordtail reunited with Io and then asks her how she ended up in the Poison Jungle, she said that her original plan was to hide with the Chrysalis in Yellowjacket Hive. However, Io was spotted by guards at Yellowjacket Hive, who chased her towards the Poison Jungle.
Later in the book, Belladonna mentioned Yellowjacket Hive as the next Hive that she would burn down, saying "We just need a little more flamesilk, and Yellowjacket Hive will be a pile of ash before you can blink." Belladonna did not follow through with this plan, however, because of the HiveWings destroying the Poison Jungle, and Belladonna becoming controlled by the othermind.
