Wisemind is a male NightWing mentioned in A Guide to the Dragon World. He is the author of The Sluglike Qualities of the MudWings.
Personality
Wisemind is narrow-minded and expressed bias in his scroll about MudWings. Starflight theorized that Wisemind had a "NightWings are superior" mindset after seeing Sepia's notes in the margins of the academy's copy of The Sluglike Qualities of the MudWings.[1]
