He is confirmed as the protagonist of Winter Turning. He is noted to have dark blue eyes and scales as pale-blue as a frozen ocean. He was first mentioned at Tui T. Sutherland's event in Oceanside, California. He has a pet scavenger, who he calls Bandit. Winter also built the scavenger a cage. He seems to have a crush on Moonwatcher.
