The Wingwatchers are a group of scavengers who watch for dragons outside of Valor, and gather information about them. Currently, the only known village to have Wingwatchers is Valor, but there could definitely be more. It is known that there are very few Wingwatchers that love dragons, and they include Foxglove, Ivy, Violet and Daffodil.
