Dragon Weapons

• Assassins such as Deathbringer and Cobra have used poison, as well as chakrams, throwing knives, and daggers.^{[citation needed]}
• Dragons have used spears in many of the books.
• In The Lost Heir, Moon Rising, and Escaping Peril, dragonflame cacti were used as explosives, shooting spiny seed pods everywhere.
• Natural weapons such as teeth, claws, fire, venom, and frostbreath are commonly used, as well as SeaWings using their blinding stripes and powerful tails. SandWings can use their venomous tail barbs to strike and poison a dragon.
• There are three daggers, a sword, and a large stick in the weapons box at Jade Mountain Academy.
• RainWings and LeafWings have been known to use blowguns with sleep and paralysis-inducing darts.
• Some HiveWing soldiers have been seen carrying long, needle-like lances.
• HiveWings have a wide range of possible abilities, including stingers extending from their wrists, stingers on their wingtips, producing a strong stench, boiling acid that can be shot from a tail-stinger, and venom or paralyzing toxin in their claws or teeth.
• Queen Wasp and the othermind can mind-control dragons that have been injected with the breath of evil, which gives her the ability to weaponize those at her control, creating an efficient army in perfect sync.
• In The Dark Secret, pronged spears are used by NightWings to force Vengeance back under lava when he tries to escape.
• Peril is the only known dragon to have firescales. Not only can she attack with it, but she can be used defensively because they make her immune to fire or heat-based attacks, typical metal weapons melt on contact with her, and the heat from her scales charbroils most venoms to impotency in seconds, but acids like RainWing venom might still harm her. 
• Animus dragons such as Anemone can use their magic to fight by using the magic for a variety of attacks and beneficial uses.
• LeafWings use dangerous plants and animals from the Poison Jungle to assist them in fighting. Venomous animals and insects are common as well as plants that are able to injure, trap, or kill a dragon. Various inflammable plants were used to help start a fire that burned down a few of the Hives, including Bloodworm Hive.
• In The Dangerous Gift, Snowfall is shown to possess a spear, three knives, some throwing stars, and poison.

Human Weapons

• Some of them wield swords, like Rose, Heath, and Stone, who killed Queen Oasis.
• Spears are also used by humans.
• They also use their hands if they don't have a weapon.
• In Winter Turning, Winter came across a fortified town of humans who made a catapult-type weapon that launched a flaming spear. It is possible that this was a ballista, but this has not been confirmed.
  • In Dragonslayer, Undauntable mentions that the Indestructible City uses catapults to fight flying dragons and that all the guards/soldiers wear spiked armor to make it harder for a dragon to pick them up.
• Wren put nine rat poison pellets in a drink as poison.
