Tussock is a male SilkWing mentioned by Blue in The Lost Continent. According to Blue, his uncle was said to have seen a LeafWing flying around a few years ago.

The Lost Continent Prophecy
While arguing with Luna about the potential existence of LeafWings, Blue mentions Tussock. They briefly discuss the LeafWing that Tussock's uncle allegedly saw from a distance, but Luna believes the story to be a fabrication or misinterpretation, dismissing the sighting as a green SilkWing.
