Treehopper

Template:CharboxTreehopper is a male HiveWing that works as Lady Jewel’s treasurer. He may be in a forbidden relationship with the SilkWing Tau, although it is unknown whether their relationship is official.

Appearance

Treehopper is a plump HiveWing with dark greenish black scales and pale orange stripes that run along his wings, tail, and face.

Biography

The Hive Queen

He was shown reading a book before Tau approaches him, and when he looked at her he appeared as if “he had just discovered sunlight”. He began a conversation with Tau, and during the conversation he was abruptly taken over by Wasp. Luckily, the Queen didn't realize what was happening, and when he was himself again he apologized to Tau, but she reassured him that it wasn't his fault.

• A treehopper is an insect that is part of the Membracidae family.
• He and Tau are the second pair of Pantalans shown to be illegally in love, the first being Cricket and Blue.
• He is the first HiveWing shown to have greenish-black scales, although variants such as these are possible.
