Template:InfoboxTortoise is a skinny green Seawing who was the council chief of dragonet care. She didn't want the job, but she still had to guard the Royal Hatchery.
Shark offered her an octopus to eat. She couldn't eat in the Royal Hatchery, so she left the room. Orca's enchanted sculpture smashed one of Queen Coral's eggs shortly afterward.
Queen Coral killed Tortoise as a result of failing her.
