Tamarin is a Rainwing and a character in The Hidden Kingdom.
Tamarin works in the royal gardens, where she takes care of the flowers ruined year by year by Queen Fruit Bat. She is completely blind, but because of that her other senses are amazing. She has memorized every section of the RainWing Kingdom and can sense anything, from the door of the flowers to the color of the environment around her. Her underside and sides are scarred from learning how to navigate and fly blindly as a young dragonet.
