Tadpole is a young male human who appears in Dragonslayer. He is an apprentice to the dragonmancers.

Tadpole was tending to the flower beds near the dragonmancer's houses and attempting to eavesdrop on Leaf and Rowan. Gorge sent him away to fetch Grove to be a sacrifice.
