The Summer Palace of the Sea is hidden on an island in the [[Bay of A Thousand Scales]]. The palace is hidden by a thick canopy of trees. The only way in is a tunnel of unknown length, with breathing holes at various intervals so [[Blister]] can visit. In the center is a twelve level stone pavilion that a [[SeaWing]] named [[Albatross]] built.
