Starclaws was an adult NightWing of unknown gender who was introduced in Runaway. They went with Prudence, Foeslayer, and Discretion on a diplomatic mission to the Ice Kingdom in an attempt to negotiate an alliance with the IceWings.

Starclaws had black scales.[1]
Biography
Legends
Starclaws was one of the four dragons on the diplomatic mission to the Ice Kingdom mentioned by Foeslayer when she met Arctic.
Winglets
During Foeslayer and Arctic's escape from the IceWing palace, Prudence gathered up Starclaws and Discretion to get them ready to leave with the group. Starclaws followed Prudence to a cliff outside the palace, where they met up with Arctic and Foeslayer. They then left the kingdom with Prudence, Foeslayer, Arctic, and Discretion.
