A SkyWing

Queen  Scarlet's Palace is the home of SkyWing royalty. It has a large arena in which prisoners fight in. Prisoners not fighting would be in their "jail", which consisted of a tall pillars (flattened out on the top), for each dragon. The pillars were aligned in a circle. The prisoners were connected by wires, so if one dragon tried to escape, they would be weighed down by the others. If their wings were free and they just flew up together, they would still be bound together.

The actual palace is the home of Queen Scarlet, Queen Ruby, Vermilion, Peril  and the SkyWings. Gold traces talon prints and outlines flames and clouds in the carved stone. Queen Scarlet's (or Queen Ruby's) throne room has massive amounts of gold in it and the throne is carved out of the stone, forming the shape of clouds. The palace is actually carved out of stone and has many tunnels and arches. One tunnel leads to the arena.

There is also a second 'jail' in the palace, possibly either for dangerous prisoners/dragons on trial.
