They are one of Qibli's older siblings, the other being Rattlesnake who often helped to bully and torment Qibli (who is the younger brother) before Qibli joined the Outclaws. Biography
Moonwatcher has a vision about Qibli fighting Rattlesnake and Sirocco, with an older male dragon glowering at him as well, shouting "Where is she?"
Qibli compares Sirocco or Rattlesnake to Icicle, telling Winter that he also has a sinister older sister.
Peril and Turtle see Sirocco and Rattlesnake arguing with a SkyWing about the price of Dragonflame Cactus. One of them lashes her tail and kicks a cacti towards Peril, which explodes.
Turtle almost thinks one of the SandWings was Qibli .
