Sepia is big-shouldered.[1]
Personality
Sepia spoke stoutly and brusquely towards Winter.[2]
Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
While being dropped off at Jade Mountain, Moonwatcher spotted two MudWings laughing and racing toward the school. One of these MudWings was likely Sepia and the other was Newt.
Sepia was in the music room when the Jade Winglet and Silver Winglet were put together. She danced, along with Anemone, Turtle, Kinkajou, and Boto, to Qibli's drumming.
Later on, Sepia was tramping down the mountainside with Newt to find somewhere cool and muddy to lie down.
Sepia attended a history class along with the remnants of the Gold and Jade Winglets. When Winter defended Darkstalker after he was called a murderer, Sepia called Icicle a murderer and questioned his judgment. When Winter responded that Sora was the one that blew up the history cave, Sepia calmly answered that it was because of Icicle's actions in the first place. Qibli had to step between the two to prevent a fight, and the class got back to studying after an interjection from Webs.
Field Guides
Sepia was mentioned by Starflight in the opening note of the MudWing section. She provided her own commentary on Wisemind's The Sluglike Qualities of the MudWings in the margins of the scroll, garnering Starflight's attention.
Starflight wrote a note to her, chastising her for writing on the scroll but also encouraging her to write her own scroll about MudWing troops after he learned from Fatespeaker that there were only two MudWing-written works in the academy library. Sepia's scroll titled A Few of the Many Noble Qualities of MudWings, a scroll about MudWing siblings, was then featured in the guide.
Trivia
- Sepia has the highest grade in the Silver Winglet's Persuasive Essay Writing.[3]
