The SeaWing council is an organization in which different SeaWings work on a certain topic and report to the queen. Food is served, but must not be eaten until the queen gives permission, a mistake of Tsunami. Tsunami claims to hate the council and says when she becomes queen she will dispose of it.
Description
The council is described to have stone pools for each council member, each labeled with tiny emeralds. Placing is mostly unknown but one thing that was described was the queen pool was next to the defense pool and the communication pool, and dragonet care pool is 2 down from the queen pool. The queen asks each council member to report status on their topic.
