Sanctuary

Template:Infobox Location Sanctuary is a town similar to Possibility, where dragons from every tribe are welcome. It is being built by the Talons of Peace, with Winter assisting them as well as coming up with the name. Winter is building a den for scavengers in it. It is located in the foothills of the Claws of the Clouds Mountains, besides a very small, very cold lake that 'Winter was very fond of'. It's approximate location on the map is next to the Diamond Spray River and above Claws of the Cloud Mountains.

Trivia

• Riptide got the name for it after Winter mentioned building a scavenger sanctuary in the epilogue of book 10.
• Several IceWings were interested in moving to Sanctuary.
• Qibli promised to come to Sanctuary, along with Smolder and Flower, in case they had any ideas for the scavenger den.
• Anemone donated half of her treasure to help build Sanctuary.
• Sanctuary is the third town mentioned thus far in the series, the first being the Scorpion Den, the second being Possibility, the fourth being Valor, and the fifth being Talisman.
• Sanctuary is the second-known town mentioned in the series where dragons from every tribe are welcome, the first being Possibility and the third being the Scorpion Den.
• It's possible the scavengers Winter saw near the town were from Talisman.
