Template:Infobox Location Sanctuary is a town similar to Possibility, where dragons from every tribe are welcome. It is being built by the Talons of Peace. Winter is building a den for scavengers in it. It is located in the foothills of the Claws of the Clouds Mountains, besides a very small, very cold lake that 'Winter was very fond of'.

Riptide got the name for it after Winter mentioned building a scavenger sanctuary.
Several IceWings were interested in moving to Sanctuary.
Qibli promised to come to Sanctuary, along with Smolder and Flower, in case they had any ideas for the scavenger den.
Princess Anemone donated half of her treasure to help build Sanctuary.
Sanctuary might come into play around books 13 or 14.
