She is apparently a schemer and connected to "great secret plans." In Prisoners she was the guard who exchanged letters with Fierceteeth.
Biography
She was guarding Strongwings and Fierceteeth in the dungeon of the Sandwing stronghold. Fierceteeth kept annoying her to get her a piece of paper. Saguaro was later convinced to help Strongwings and Fireceteeth get out.
