He was born a little before Webs fled the SeaWings during a battle, and has been interested in knowing his father ever since. Because of this, he joined the Talons of Peace to find Webs, and in doing so earned his reputation as a traitor from Queen Coral. He wanted to protect the dragonets of prophecy, and is shown to seem to be very fond of Tsunami.
He is shown to deeply care for Tsunami, and wants to avoid getting his father's reputation. He is shown to be nice, but always seems a bit mysterious, by not telling Tsunami that Webs was his father or that he was working for the Talons of Peace.
