Rattlesnake

Rattlesnake is a SandWing of (currently) unknown gender mentioned in Moon Rising. They are Qibli's sibling along with their other sibling, Sirocco. They used to bully and torment their little brother before Qibli went to join Thorn and the Outclaws. Qibli sometimes thinks or dreams about Rattlesnake and Sirocco doing mean things to him. In Moon's vision, they were described to be huge, bulky dragons, wearing a medallion with a type of bird etched on it. They and Sirocco seem to be working for someone, possibly Onyx.

Moon Rising

Moonwatcher has a vision about Qibli fighting Rattlesnake and Sirocco, with Qibli's father glowering at him as well, shouting "Where is she?" at the sneering faces of his presumably siblings.

Winter Turning

Qibli comments to Winter that if his brother was trapped in a SkyWing prison he wouldn't try to save him, as per the other way around. He then says that it would be better for a dragon like that to be locked up, so they can no longer do harm to others. His brother is either Rattlesnake or Sirocco.

Escaping Peril

Peril and Turtle see Sirocco and Rattlesnake arguing with a SkyWing about the price of Dragonflame Cactus. One of them, kicks a cacti towards Peril, which explodes when touching her. Turtle almost thinks one of the SandWings were Qibli.
