Rattlesnake

Rattlesnake is a SandWing mentioned in Moon Rising. He/she is Qibli's brother/sister along with his sister/brother Sirocco. He/she used to bully and torment his/her little brother before Qibli went to join Thorn and the Outclaws. Qibli sometimes thinks or dreams about Rattlesnake and Sirocco doing mean things to him. In Moon's vision, he/she is described as a huge, bulky dragon, wearing a medallion with a type of bird etched on it. Sirocco and he seem to be working for someone, possibly Onyx.

Moon Rising

Moonwatcher has a vision about Qibli fighting Rattlesnake and Sirocco, with Qibli's father glowering at him as well, shouting "Where is she?"

Winter Turning

Qibli comments to Winter that if his brother was trapped in a SkyWing prison he wouldn't try to save him, as per the other way around. He then says that it would be better for a dragon like that to be locked up, so they can no longer do harm to others. His brother is either Rattlesnake or Sirocco.

Escaping Peril

Peril and Turtle see Sirocco and Rattlesnake arguing with a SkyWing about the price of Dragonflame Cactus. One of them, kicks a cacti towards Peril, which explodes. Turtle almost thinks one of the SandWings were Qibli.
