In the prologue, Arctic mentioned to Foeslayer that Penguin created the Gift of Diplomacy, which contributed to making the area around the IceWing guest dome warmer so that other-tribe guests would feel more comfortable. Arctic considered improving the dome so it would be protected from fire, but dismissed it. Arctic wanted to make a very useful and important animus gift, like Frostbite's Gift of Light.
