Appearance
Ocotillo was described to be heavyset, with broken claws on one talon[1].
Personality
Ocotillo is assumedly a general of some sort, due to taking direct orders from Blaze herself. He might have been some kind of servant as well, due to taking food requests from Blaze. However, Blaze was probably versatile with servant/soldier roles.

When Jambu stated that he liked the tapestries, Ocotillo had said that the IceWings thought they were too "garish and gaudy."
