Template:Charbox Ocotillo is a male SandWing guard who protected Blaze at her fortress in the Ice Kingdom during the War of SandWing Succession. He only appears briefly, and was described to be heavyset, with broken claws on one talon[1].

Ocotillo was stationed at Blaze's fortress when Glory and Jambu came to visit, disguised as IceWings. Blaze ordered him to bring the guests some tea and dried lizards, if there were any left. He is likely some kind of servant, a soldier, or a guard. He could be some combination of all three, since Blaze seems like the type to have guards who also run errands for her.
