Ocotillo is a SandWing guard supporting Blaze at her fortress.
History
The Hidden Kingdom
Ocotillo was stationed at the fortress when Glory and Jambu came to visit Blaze. She ordered him to bring the guests some tea and dried lizards, if there were any left.
